Rodney Hall has twenty-five years experience conducting retained search for clients in the Residential Development, Home Building and Multifamily industries.
Rodney entered the search business with the Talon Group in 1988, becoming a Senior Partner in 1992. He’s completed searches at all levels for national and regional clients, including NVR/Ryan Homes, Newland Communities, Drees Homes, Ryland Homes, David Weekley Homes, Fieldstone Communities, Ashton Woods and Charter Homes & Neighborhoods.
Rodney launched his current practice in 2012, choosing to work in a collaborative manner with a select group of clients in the Residential Development, Home Building and Multifamily fields.
Rodney is active in the Urban Land Institute (ULI), serving five years as a Vice Chair of the Community Development Council (Gold Flight) and three years as Co-Chair of the Community Development Council- North Texas district.
He resides in Plano, TX with his wife (Nanci) and son (Travis).

Our strategy is to approach each need on a collaborative basis with clients to determine the best options for identifying and attracting talent– including some that don’t involve initiating a formal search. Together, we both win.
